He's dressed in a very classy black blazer, looking rather flushed (sickness? embarrassment?) and holding what seems to be some sort of... candy bar?]

It's pretty amazing how such a small treat can have such marvelous effects. You all love your pokémon, don't you? Why not treat them to something special?
